A 100% Irish company producing beautiful wraps for your precious little ones. Woven in Ireland using the finest Irish linen, cotton and wool.

Lir Slings is a family business based in Dublin specializing in the production of a bespoke range of woven wraps and slings for babies and young children. The inspiration for the business is a love of baby wearing and art – so it seemed a natural fit to try and create our very own range of hand designed, Irish woven slings and wraps. We believe in innovation and originality of our designs, and as

much as possible we strive to use Irish landscapes, myths and stories as our inspiration. We believe in using 100% Irish Linen, and blending it with an exciting range of fabrics and colours which we hope will excite those who share our passion and obsession with high quality, original woven wraps.

During a recent clear-out, I came across some beautiful wraps and ring slings that have been patiently waiting for their moment… brand new, never used, just quietly tucked away. ✨

Rather than let them continue to sit unloved, I’d really love to see them go to homes where they'll be used, worn, and treasured. These pieces were made to carry little ones close — to hold space for connection, comfort, and calm. ☺️

I’m considering letting them go for a much lower price than their true value — not as a sale, but more as a way to help them find the right people and purpose. ✨

When Rose’s auntie Donna comes to visit it seems only right to wrap! 🤱 Donna wore her four smallies and is the reason I wanted to wear Rose. I thought her smallies always looked so happy and content close to her (and I loved her wrap collection too!) I am delighted to have now experienced the pure joy of baby wearing. Our Realt Aodh (snow) wrap, 50% Irish linen and 50% cotton!

This beautiful wrap has some added structure from the linen fibres whilst also the softness as flexibility from the cotton.

It is available in a ring sling or as a wrap. A great option for special Winter time events like a christening, wedding or even a lovely family walk ❄️

My base size (size required to do a front wrap cross carry) is a 6 but this is a size 3 as it tied it at the front instead of at the back. This is a great option if you have a shorter wrap that you love.

Myself and Rose were feeling autumnal today so we opted for the Gothic Hearts Iarlaith! This wrap is a little short for me so I tied it at the front🍁

Our gothic hearts - Tadgh is the perfect autumn winter design. It is 100% cotton making it soft and flexible. As you can see Rose agrees 😃 Donnchadha finds a ring sling simple to throw on for walks in the park as he wears her in a hip carry allowing her to look all around her. I find ring slings great for getting house work done when Rose wants to be in my arms. Do you enjoy wearing your smallies in a ring sling?

Myself and Rose have been spending the days going for lovey walks in the sun - I am making the most of my last few weeks of maternity leave! The gothic hearts Naoise has been my wrap of choice the past few days - I just love the colour! We are extremely lucky to live by the sea and we have really enjoyed exploring different beaches and parklands 💕
