This studio apartment was a lovely challenge to divide and zone the space for both sleeping and living . The wall bed was a great feature giving the scheme the versatility to be either become a bedroom or added living space . The apartments situated in Ashbrook on the Howth Road are well situated near the seafront Clontarf and short distance into the city centre. These are a must view!

Always a pleasure working with this client and the stunning Victorian house with its beautiful features . We fitted bespoke panelling and rad covers into the drawing room and painted it in Little Greene paint French grey . Two new bespoke sofas and ottoman were made to match her beautiful Persian rug and coloured cushions to set it off . We also redesigned a small tv room to the back with light colored sofas and cream boucle carpet and splash of color in new cushions !

Before and after of a for a lovely Howth client . We removed all the old broken stone tiles and replaced with larger porcelain tiles . The kitchen carcass and presses were resprayed a dark navy and new handles . The new white quartz counter top complimented and lifted the drama of the dark paint . The window we dressed in a smart stripe navy fabric to tie everything together !💙

🌊Some before and after shots of a beautiful apartment by the sea for a lovely couple . We gave this spacious apartment a facelift with applying new textured wallpaper , painting bright colours on the heavy wood details , new carpet , headboards , brighter furniture , lamps .. all new tiles and white quartz counter top in the kitchen . We gave the bathrooms a fresh paint and replaced the old sink with new vanity and LED mirror cabinet . We kept the colours nautical with a splash of ochre for a bit of fun 💛💙..

Love visiting Greece and it’s awe inspiring colours ,landscape , coastlines , historical and ancient buildings . What’s not to love about this country .. visiting Nafplio in the south for the first time , we got to see all the Italian and Venetian influence through the Old town .. from the Venetian balconies to the colorful buildings and cobble stone streets , the churches, fortresses and ancient ruins , there is plenty to see and do in this town which was the original capital of Greece ! It’s a must see .. 💙💙🇬🇷🇬🇷
