After just over 4 very challenging years, I’ve had to come to the decision to close Aplomb in a few weeks. Planning issues and COVID delayed my original opening date by over a year, we opened in December 2020, then after 4 lovely weeks, had to close up again for 6 months, and it has been just as difficult since.
I’m absolutely gutted about it all, bit ironically enough it’s just not sustainable to stay open.
I’m eternally grateful to my lovely landlord Don, the wonderful crew that worked with me, the Westend community, and finally to my amazing customers, ye’ve idea how much of a buzz I got from kitting ye out for the last few years. Last day of trading will be Saturday, 22nd Feb. Feel free to call in before then!
