Our campaign for this years Swim in Pink 🩷 is underway. Please listen to the clip above and pass the message on to anyone you feel it may resonate with. We would love to have you line out on our beaches and lead the pink charge into the seas of Ireland and beyond. Ye are all amazing and deserve to be front and centre.

Plotting & planning for Swim in Pink 2026 is well underway! Some news on our Galway event read below 👇

CAKE SALE AT SWIM IN PINK
We are having a big pink 🩷 cake sale at our event on ladies beach in Galway and any would be bakers of cakes buns breads etc I would be more than happy to take your produce and sell them on the day.. The swim is at 11am but the cake sale will be starting at 10am.... So for anyone who is not into getting wet please come down anyhow and load up your bags for life and rucksacks with some quality home baking!

BEST DRESSED AT SWIM IN PINK
✨M A R I E T T A D O R A N✨🇮🇪 with her eagle eye for fashion and flamboyant attire will be joining us on the day!She will scan the crowd for the most austentacious outfits 😂 I am super excited for this! It's a vibe all on its own! Marietta will be judging best dressed male and female with some cool prizes up for grabs you would be mad not to enter and get your 5 minutes of fame!!!

RYSE CHOCOLATE BARS
We have a brand new sponsor this year for all our swimmers at our flagship event on ladies beach! The Irish brand RYSE Chocolate have kindly come on board to give everyone that partakes at swim in pink one of their fantastic new caffeine chocolate bars! With flavours like mint chocolate and orange chocolate yer in for a treat and what better way to refuel after the cold sea dip than with a cuppa and a Ryse chocolate bar! Let's all rise to the occasion 😂😂 together 🤙🙌

Sure I hadn't been in the drink in almost a week! Roll on Sept when normality resumes, the kids will be back to school and I will be back on routine!!! Our swim in pink launch is fast approaching guys... Crossing all fingers that we have some extra special help this year... ✨M A R I E T T A D O R A N✨🇮🇪 Ronan Lardner & possibly one or two more well known faces... I always get so excited and nervous this time of year for our swim... Keep Oct 11 free! Registration is now open also and our suits will be online from next week!
