Irish Wool Corrán Throws are back in stock !

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy collecting beautiful “Galway” fleece from our incredible partner farmers across Ireland.

Now, back at our mill in Graiguenamanagh, we’ve just finished weaving the first run of this very special wool into our Corrán Throws, taking the fibre from fleece to finished fabric right here in Ireland.

Grown in Ireland. Woven in Ireland. Made to last.

Wool & weaving is deep rooted in Graignamanagh, going back to the monks arrival in 1204.

Join us in Graignamanagh Library this evening, Aug 18 at 6:30pm, to hear about this deep heritage and how the mill today is a living link to this rare & special history.

After warping, the threads are wrapped around a beam in a process we call "beaming off". A hypnotising one but that requires the utmost attention. A broken thread can mean some trouble down in the loom room
