Leopard print.....say's it all.
This beauty was created by at last week's Workshop. Working with a sinamay base mags covered her base with faux fur leopard print fabric, added veiling birdcage & detailed the centre with a handmade flower as hand sewn beads. Lined with red.... it's vintage inspired style at it's best.

Rose gold headpiece created by Mary Lonergan last Saturday at Workshop. Mary created this bespoke headpiece as the perfect match to a rose gold lace dress for her daughter. Using sinamay swirls with crinoline loops she used a beautiful swan embellishment which she purchased in with the help of Bruno...who everyone on the day gave the highest praise for all his help... thank you Bruno. X
Mary's daughter has her own blog thejellybeanblog.org where I would recommend going for amazing idea's on themed parties! (Amazing!!)

This is one of the many fabulous headpieces created workshop last Saturday in the .
Amanda decided on using a bronze leatherette material which was hand sewn onto her base. She then added some pheasant feathers with gold netting and hand sewn jewel detail to finish. She also lined her piece and added her own felt love heart symbol for a personal touch.
Her headpiece created statement & had the wow factor....perfect for any ladies day or wedding.

Some photos of the range of different colours everyone was using workshop on Saturday. Loved to see all the shades people choose. You can bring materials which are all available with a discount or I supply a large selection that can be used on the day. The workshop takes place in the Trident Hotel in the Chart room which is spacious & offers lots of natural light with views overlooking the water. A lovely location to get the creative thoughts flowing.

What a fantastic day we had on Saturday millinery workshop ...if I do say so myself!
Love holding the workshop in such a beautiful space, bright with stunning views.
It was so wonderful to see so many great headpieces created & all so individually different after everyone being shown the same techniques.
I think the enjoyment and concentration levels were high as I struggled to get everyone to break for lunch!! 😂
Can't wait for the next one.
Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who attended. Your enthusiasm was infectious. ❤👒

The workshop is aimed for beginners with an interest in Millinery.
On the day you will learn about the different basic materials used in hat making, how to wear your headpiece, style that suits you as well as creating your very own headpiece for any special occasion.
