Keep fit class with Edel Hannon Great way to get in shape and fit into that "Little Black Dress" try out our keep fit class with Edel Hannon every Tuesday!!!

This is an hour long class, to get you fit and ready for whatever you have planned, whether it's the black dress for your office Christmas party or a family occassion or just a night out with the girls... Come along to this class, bring as many friends as you like :) Class is only €3.00 a night.

Directions: take the southill exit from roxboro roudabout. Drive slow because the turn isnt far.Take first left its galvone industrial estate. Drive down a bit when u go over the second set of ramps you will see a building on the left called the factory turn there and in the right corner there gates with a sign sayn southside boxing academy drive through and we are down the end.
