She is particularly enthusiastic about her clients that commission a piece for a personal event as they love the challenge that this brings. Then & Now
June 2013 — the launch night of my very first atelier on Friar Street. I had a dream, a passion for design, and no idea where the journey would take me.

Fast forward 13 years, and we’re celebrating the expansion and launch of our flagship store. Looking at these two photographs side by side, I’m reminded that so much more has grown than just a business.
My little family has grown up too. They’ve been there through every milestone, every challenge, every late night, every success, and every leap of faith.
To everyone who has supported my journey over the past 13 years — thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and belief in what I do have made all of this possible.

Thirteen years on Friar Street. 13 years of dreams, hard work, creativity, and community.

And now, here’s to the next chapter.

13 years down... and hopefully 13 more to come.

Lucky for some? I’d say very lucky indeed.

Today marks 21 years since I took the leap into entrepreneurship.
Daunting. Scary. Full of unknowns.

I’ve learned every single day — often the hard way. I’ve made plenty of mistakes, questioned myself more times than I can count, faced self-doubt and imposter syndrome… but I kept going. And I’m still learning.

I’ve fought for recognition, stayed resilient through challenges, and continued to believe in my vision. Today, I’m proud to still be here — growing, creating employment, and loving my designs more than ever.

This year has brought significant barriers for small businesses. I see so many closures around me, as ongoing changes and pressures make it increasingly difficult for independent businesses to survive. It hasn’t been easy — but resilience has always been part of the journey.

I’ll fight for another year. And another.

Most importantly, thank you to my customers — your support, loyalty and belief in my work are what keep me going. I wouldn’t be here without you.

Here’s to perseverance, creativity, and backing small businesses.
