Babywearing can be a wonderful way to stay connected on warm days, but a few simple adjustments can help keep both you and baby comfortable:

🌿 Dress baby in light, breathable layers
🌿 Choose natural fabrics where possible
🌿 Stay in the shade during the hottest part of the day
🌿 Offer regular feeds to help keep baby hydrated
🌿 Check baby’s temperature often – their chest or back is a better guide than hands or feet
🌿 Remember: your body is an extra layer of warmth, so baby may need less clothing than you think
