1. Your are in a too severe calorie deficit..which may feel like the "right thing" to do but is counter-productive for all areas of your life🤯 (now read this again)

2. Your are not getting enough sleep 😴

3.You are smashing out 10 rounds of HIIT before you've even touched a barbell🤔

4.You're leaving to big of a gap between eating and training 🍗

5.Tou're training 7 days a week and not prioritising rest days. ( which is just as important as training days)

Doing a workout when you are feeling tired or sluggish will help build the habit regardless of how you feel.

📌Exercise At The Same Time Every Day

When our body is able to predict it's schedule it comes to expect certain things.

📌Have A Pre-Workout Ritual

A pre-workout drink, listen to a few songs to get you motivated, put on your workout clothes 30 min before workout, stretch.

📌Do Fitness You Enjoy

Find something you enjoy to do, from ballet, Hiit and weights.

📌Have A Post-Workout Ritual

Can be a nice relaxing bath, recovery protein shake, gentle yoga, meditation or an episode of your favorite show.
