Unrivalled range of land and water activities incl Kayaking, Paddle boards, Canoes, Ziplines, Sky-cycle, Archery and much more. Derg Isle Adventure Centre outdoor activity complex catering for all ages. Clothing appropriate to the weather conditions should be worn. Shower & Changing facilities are available. Safety and Water Safety are of paramount importance and all visitors will be provided with

full water safety equipment including helmets, buoyancy aids and harnesses as appropriate. A full safety demonstration is undertaken prior to commencement of any activity. Our range of Water and Land based activities on the Shannon region and Irelands Hidden Heartlands. Typical Opening Hours are 9am to 5pm but with Extended opening hours in summer months (April - September) depending on light and weather conditions. Our water activities includes Kayaks, Paddleboards, Zorbs, boat rentals, fishing while on Land we are home to High & low Ropes, Zip Lines, Climbing Walls, Archery, Shooting, Obstacle course and more. We also have 'glamping-esque' accommodation on site to cater for individuals and groups, teams and special interest group activities

Corporate Team Building at Derg Isle ☀️🌊

This summer we were delighted to welcome Regeneron back to Derg Isle as part of their annual internship programme!

From team challenges and archery to wall climbing, kayaking and plenty of friendly competition, the day was all about working together, building leadership and communication skills, and most importantly…having a bit of fun outside the office! 🙌

And, as seems to be tradition, Regeneron brought the sunshine with them ☀️ We finished off a brilliant day with a BBQ outdoors.

It’s always a pleasure having the Regeneron team with us, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming them back next summer! Regeneron

📣Team Bonding at Derg Isle Adventure Centre

We were delighted to welcome the Athenry U15 Camogie Team for a fantastic team bonding session. Athenry Camogie Club

From the moment they arrived, they brought incredible energy, enthusiasm and a brilliant attitude. Their communication, teamwork and leadership shone throughout every challenge, making them a pleasure to work with.

A huge shoutout to their management team, who got fully involved, encouraged the players every step of the way and helped create such a positive atmosphere. It was fantastic to see everyone working together and making the most of the experience.

It’s been brilliant to welcome so many sports clubs and groups to Derg Isle recently for team bonding experiences, with many more to come. Our professionally delivered programmes are designed to strengthen communication, confidence and team spirit while creating an unforgettable day outdoors.

What a day with Ballinlough Youth Club from County Cork!

Over 100 young people and mentors joined us at Derg Isle Adventure Centre for a fun-filled day of adventure, teamwork and laughter.

They got to try some of our exciting new activities launching for summer camps and finished the day in true summer style with a gorgeous outdoor BBQ.
