Built on a career that brought him from Derry City and Finn Harps to play in front of 100,000 supporters in South Africa, Ray's experience is evident in his Sports Therapy practice in Derry, where he not only treats injuries but ensures athletes maintain optimum performance capabiltiy, whatever their sport.

Quite a contrast from his playing days when Ray McGuinness was a no-nonsense defender - a tenacious tackler who knew no fear, both north and south of the border.

Persistent & Consistent..

This is one of the greatest honours of my life. Coming from community games background in athletics. Competing for Donegal was always the primary aspiration and it was always a great motivation for me to wear the donegal colors and to progression from the green and yellow of donegal to the green and gold of Ireland and represent our small corner of Ireland on the global stage is a privilege and bring success home is my primary concern. This county have always backed me even if I don't get to spend as much time as I'd like here, it will always be home and the people are family. Thanks to everyone for a great night. Here's to 2020 and more success. I will have your cheers with me when I take on the world in Japan.

We have moved and are now open in the Finn Valley Centre, Stranorlar, providing custom designed sportswear to athletes, sportswear and custom teamwear to dancers and Skin Shields training socks to athletes across all disciplines.

Designed here in Donegal our custom sportswear is manufactured to a high specification in Europe. The sublimation process means the design is dyed permanently into the fabric (no embroidery!), is custom designed and can be individually personalised with names, crests, quotes etc.. Shipping is free, there in no minimum order quantity and replacements are always available to re-order. We have colour charts and samples in stock that clients can call and view or we can send samples to you to examine at your leisure.
