Clongriffin Park Yoga is back! 🌿

After a little break last summer while I was deep in the newborn bubble, I’m so happy to be returning to Fr Collins Park in Clongriffin for the 5th summer of outdoor yoga in this beautiful space.

🧘‍♀️ Every Saturday morning
🕥 10:30–11:30am
📍 Starting 21st June – running through to the end of August
💶 €12 per class – booking ahead on the website is preferred but cash is also accepted on arrival

I started this class during the lockdowns as a way to keep our community moving and connected – and it quickly became something really special. Practising under the open sky, with birdsong and fresh air all around, is something you just have to feel for yourself.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a regular on the mat, this is a space for you. Come move, breathe, and stretch into summer with us. 🌞

Trying to keep such a large area looking well is not an easy task and volunteers can only do so much. We know there are a lot who cannot participate in weekend sessions but would love to help somehow.

So if you don’t have the time for one of our weekend clean-up's why not do a simple ?

♻Just grab a bin bag
♻Set a timer
♻Pick up what you see!

Do send us your pictures of your and let us know what you managed to do, even if it's just watering the planters on Main Street, it all helps.
