Motivation won’t get you to your goal. It fades. Especially when things get tough - you can’t rely on motivation.
You have to BUILD discipline. You have to train your brain to do the hard thing, you have to stick to the plan.
If you put in the effort, it creates a habit, the discipline to follow through. Because the alternative is giving up & probably never reaching your goal.
It’s not that you are not capable. You think people who achieve their goals are full of motivation to do these hard things & you’re not built that way. That’s not true. The only difference between achieving it & giving up is the daily effort you’re willing to make. The 1% every day to be better, to create the discipline to keep going.
