Some dresses are designed…
And some are simply destined to become part of your story.
My ceremony gown was born years before I even knew it would one day be mine. Inspired by a dress I first presented during New York Fashion Week in Soho, this design carried the signature MONALIZABETH sculpted rose, reimagined in pure white silk taffeta for the very first time.
I chose a clean and timeless white palette, allowing the silhouette, structure, and couture volume to speak for themselves. A hand-finished corset with delicate lace details and a floating pearl brought softness to the drama of the gown.
For years, the dress remained unfinished in my atelier, quietly waiting. Until one moment — just before posting it for my brides — I looked at it and realized: this was my dress.
The veil was created by hand with silk flowers by my mother, day after day, making this look even more personal and emotional to me.
This gown became more than a wedding dress.
It became the story of MONALIZABETH, of artistry, femininity, family, and the dream I was always unknowingly creating for myself. 🤍 #שמלותכלה
