The starting point for this drop was a notebook full of drawings I made in Sinai - small scenes from the strange, beautiful routine of doing nothing.

I don’t really know how to stop working, and my friends kept telling me to let go and actually be on vacation for once. So this became my version of switching off: drawing, while already knowing that one day these sketches would end up on T-shirts. Fooled them lolz :))

That’s where Ni**od Klein came in. We began a long process together, searching for references and colorways and turning those drawings into the graphic language of the first Neviot 88 drop.

We leaned into a vintage surfer T-shirt feel, with a clash between the branded graphics and typography and the handmade quality of the drawings.

NEVIOT88 / SS26

Neviot 88 is an imaginary festival conceived as the starting point for SS26.

It takes its name from Neviot 78, a music festival that took place in the Sinai Peninsula almost 50 years ago.

88 is the year I was born. In a nostalgic millennial way, I kept thinking about the idea of a festival built around peace, and how far that feels from reality right now.

The graphic T-shirts work as the festival’s merch, branded and designed with .jlm . They are made to order and available now via DM, and soon on the site.

The next drops will bring together references to the original festival, new printing methods, dye techniques, and relaxed clothes for chill, dark, peaceful days.
