Over time and through my business I have come to understand the nuances of the mentality, the language, and the building market. Through my work as an architect,
I want to bridge that gap to help you build your home in Israel. I carried out my apprenticeship at design firms in Milan, Barcelona, and Jerusalem. I opened my own studio in Jerusalem in 2009,
and I am duly registered at the Architects A

ssociation in Israel (license n. 117947)
and I am certified by the Standard Institution of Israel to accompany green building. I deal with the planning of houses, shops, apartments and
I assist my clients from the initial planning stage until the end of the project,
including the tiniest details to make the renovation and construction of a house in Israel, a simple and enjoyable experience.

It's not always easy to visualize the final result, is it?
That's why I bring the design to life right in the store!
We start with the 3D kitchen model built in my office, and then test different materials (like these gorgeous backsplashes!) using real-time rendering.
Seeing the materials in context with the lighting and scale makes choosing so much simpler and more confident for my clients.

Which option do you think my client chose in the end? Tell me your guess! 👇

🌿Navigating Water Conservation as a New Resident in Israel
Hi everyone! 👋
As an architect and interior designer, I’ve worked with many clients transitioning to life in Israel, and one of the biggest adjustments they face is understanding local water usage practices. 💧
Israel’s arid climate and innovative water management have shaped the design of bathrooms, gardens, and even cultural habits around water conservation. From shallow bathtubs and low-flow showerheads to drought-tolerant garden designs featuring drip irrigation, adapting can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be!
💡 In my latest blog post, I dive into:
✨ The history of water conservation in Israel
✨ Differences in bathroom fixtures and garden designs
✨ Tips for embracing sustainable habits without sacrificing comfort
✨ Economic considerations of water usage and how to save

A building permit is an official approval issued by a local government agency that allows you to proceed with constructing, altering, or demolishing a building or property.
It ensures the proposed project complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Obtaining a building permit typically involves submitting detailed plans and specifications, paying a fee, and undergoing inspections at various stages of the project to ensure compliance with the approved plans and regulations.
The application is submitted by an architect, an engineer, or a practical engineer.

The edge of the sink sits flush with the countertop.
This allows you to sweep crumbs and water into the sink without having any cracks or overhangs that accumulate dirt or bacteria.

"It's a system that circulates warm water in tubes under the floor. This warms the floor, which in turn warms people using the room.
The water can be heated with a heat pump (mashevat hom), gas, electricity, or solar panels.
The most efficient way to heat the water is by using a heat pump.
The initial installation costs are high, but the operating cost is very low."

They are sinks that are mounted underneath the countertop.
They can only be used if the countertop is a solid material, like granite or marble.
One of the main advantages of under-mount sinks is that they don’t have the edge that top-mount sinks do, so it is much easier to wipe crumbs or water straight into the sink.
One of the drawbacks of this, is that the underside of the bench can collect bacteria and be difficult to clean.

Self-rimming sinks, also known as drop-in sinks, are a popular choice for both bathroom and kitchen renovations.
They are relatively easy to install because they sit on top of the countertop, with the rim resting on the cutout.
They have an edge that can sometimes make it difficult to wipe crumbs and water into the sink.

*Useful words in the renovation and building field*
A jalousie window, also sometimes called a louvered window, is a type of window that has several horizontal slats instead of a single pane of glass.
These slats are similar to the slats in a Venetian blind, and they can be tilted open and closed to control airflow.
They are often made of glass, but you can also find them in wood, acrylic, or even metal.

A Casement or French Window has two panes opening into the house – one to the right and the other to the left. Unlike sliding windows, casement windows are attached to the frame by one or more hinges on the side.
