Built area: 350 sqm
Site area: 1,250 sqm
The two-level house is positioned at the center of the plot, allowing each floor to engage directly with a generous outdoor yard.
This patio establishes continuity between the two levels, enabling long sightlines across the home and reinforcing the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Alongside it, a sculptural staircase of iron and wood connects the floors and becomes a defining architectural element.
The upper level accommodates four master bedrooms, organized in two pairs.
Each pair shares a private foyer separated by a frosted, acid-etched glass sliding door, balancing privacy with filtered light.
At the center of the floor, a family sitting area opens onto a balcony overlooking the backyard and the swimming pool below.
The lower level unfolds into a living room anchored by a suspended fireplace, whose vertical flue extends upward to heat the family room interior walls provide a neutral, gallery-like backdrop for the home’s art collection.
Formally, the house is composed of two white plastered volumes separated by the central patio. The main entrance wall is clad in a raw assemblage of stone in muted gray-sand tones, illuminated by an overhead skylight that accentuates the material’s depth and texture.
This stone cladding continues across selected exterior walls, appears between large glazed openings, and penetrates the interior of the main living space.
Parquet flooring defines the living level, while Bluestone tiles pave the hospitality level and outdoor areas.
