✨ On 18.09, we proudly joined DeepTech Runway 2025, where our Co-Founder & CPO Revital Nadiv shared Re-Fresh Global’s vision for a world where waste is no longer wasted.

Standing on stage among breakthrough innovators, Revital introduced our patented biotech process that gives a second life to discarded textiles - transforming them into nanocellulose, bioethanol, and recycled fibers. These aren’t just lab ideas, they’re already being tested in industries from automotive to construction, cosmetics to packaging.

But what truly sets us apart is accessibility. We’re excited to share that our ReCovery project was featured in the very first BMFTR “Circular Textiles” – Newsletter!

As part of Germany’s national funding program for circular textile innovation, ReCovery is highlighted as a project making real progress toward near-complete recycling of cotton textiles. Our goal? Transforming up to 100% of cotton content in textile waste into high-quality materials like nanocellulose and microcellulose, usable across industries—from textiles to packaging and cosmetics.

Our team has been hard at work analyzing a broad range of post-consumer textile waste—including blended fabrics, 100% cotton garments, and even hotel towels—to better understand their behavior in our enzymatic recycling process. With the pretreatment phase now optimized, we're moving forward into the critical enzymatic recycling stage.

It’s inspiring to see our work recognized alongside other cross-cutting initiatives on Life Cycle Assessments, Circular Business Models, and Design for Circularity, all aiming to push the industry forward.
