So what is this all about in Re-Fresh Global? 🤓♻️ We want to make a big change in the fashion industry and develop easy to multiply microfactory solutions for any kind of . Under the name SMART-UP MICROFACTORY, we develop an automated process that will be beneficial for cities’ municipalities, brands, charities to change their textile leftovers into new valuable materials.
So how the process of the SMART-UP MICROFACTORY is going to look like? We will be able to process post-consumer textile waste via a few steps such as automated sorting, mechanical pretreatment which will turn the waste into fibers.
The fibers will be synthetically engineered and will convert to new high profile material as Bio-Ethanol and Nanocelloluse - our patent and profitable material.
The waste of this process is the sanitized pulp witch used for many industries today. By this end-to-end process, we can pass the 80% conversion rate from textile waste compering to 15% globally today - huge difference, right!?

Happy 2022 from Re-Fresh Global!

#2021 was a very active year for us at Re-Fresh Global. It started in a lockdown, but that didn’t stop us from pursuing our vision to bring into global textile waste management.
We completed a pilot and proved that we can save 98% out of post-consumer textile waste instead of 15% that is an average nowadays!
We started German - Israeli collaboration and experts' exchange by making an amazing event in July and a business tour to Berlin in November.
In the meantime, we started to launch a consortium with the most advanced textiles companies to support our efforts to clean the Earth from textile waste. We already said you proudly about CITEVE - Centro Tecnológico Têxtil e Vestuário, and soon we're going to announce other members!
We welcomed in the first board member - Dr. Shoshana Feingold-studnik! and many more achievements that got us closer to our goal. Everyone in the team worked hard to make it happen. Karin Bakshi, Joanna Skuza, Schwabe, Gal Taylor, the founders - Vika Kanar and Revital Nadiv Zivan, and amazing interns Lauren Keller, Natalie Firstman, Talia Slann. Kol hakavod everyone!

According to evaluations of the World Bank, around 17-20 % of all modern water contamination is exclusively caused by coloring and finishing measures. Approximately 72 distinctive poisonous synthetics are said to be available in water solely from coloring measures.

Next week Re-Fresh Global pitch at the international Eilat-Eilot Renewable and Clean Energy Conference to an audience from the business community, investors, regulators, and decision-makers in the energy world and compete for the title of “Energy Disruptor of the Year”.
