✨ Empowering Ethical Practices at DMM CREATION PVT.LTD ✨
On January 23, 2025, our team took a significant step toward ensuring we maintain the highest standards in ethical business practices by participating in the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Training. This program, designed to help businesses prioritize human rights and fair treatment in their operations, has been an eye-opening experience for all of us!
The training provided essential insights into how to incorporate human rights into our daily work, covering critical topics such as:
Freedom of Association: Understanding the right of workers to form or join trade unions.
Child Labor: Recognizing the importance of preventing child exploitation in the supply chain.
Healthy Working Conditions: Fostering environments where employees are treated fairly and safely.
We also participated in courses like the Human Rights Essentials and the Access to Remedy Principles module, which focused on practical ways to apply these principles in our work.
Following the training, we held an ETI Examination to assess the knowledge and understanding gained. We are thrilled to see our team not only learning but actively working toward creating a more ethical and transparent business environment.
By pursuing ETI Certification, we are showing our commitment to ethical sourcing and manufacturing practices, especially important in industries like fashion, accessories, and retail. This certification will help us demonstrate to our customers that we are a brand that prioritizes people and the planet.
