Our team is committed to saving India rich heritage and giving it a fillip on the global stage. It has therefore taken up the task of preserving and enhancing local traditional skills by causing an easy marriage between the past, present and the future. We are commitment to raise skill levels all around us, beginning at the grassroots level by nurturing and refining the traditional skills of rural

craft persons thereby giving them a global platform. They have worked with rural craftsperson's to give the traditional crafts of Embroideries, dari making, shawl and knitwear a whole new dimension that fits in neatly with global design trends and specifications. Team is geared up to provide vital linkages from the traditional crafts sector to modern-day designers and apparel manufacturers who will form the nucleus of our team. As such, We have set a target of setting up capacity building and market accessibility centers for the craft people in Almora during the next two years. Centers will have at least 100-1000 craft people who will be trained in modern techniques to make fusion of designs and traditional motifs. The designers of our team will providing all the basic needs to develop a design, such as motifs, colures, visual order of placement of design for different types of products and techniques of stitches to provide traditional Indian look to the products and with a thought process for developing design concept from inspirations from Indian traditions and rituals. The village men & women are given intensive training by our team to develop the products by making use of their skills. Other than upgrading their skills, the women involved will earn some income and they can further market these skills through us. The talent pool of trained craftsperson will find ready employability with exporters, manufacturers and boutiques. we are already identified place where advanced training centers are being set up, which will become hubs in the future.
