Dear Sir,

I've been trying to knock every possible point for the subject but no success. May I request U to some how get me relieved.
SBI online Complaint no. *161894089*

The complaint with CYBER CRIME Dept: No. *32712220038974* submitted NCRP

FIR Lodged at NEB S. No. 1861 Dt: 6/12/22

A CYBER CRIME happened when,

I was about to gift my wife with a surprise, on our Anniversary on 12th DEC:, from my bank online & I coincidentally Recieved an SMS on my phone before opening my A/c on Laptop for the purpose:-

"Dear SBI user your A/c will be closed today. Click here on the link and update the KYC

http://kyclinksbiform.online.dream.website/ SBI BANK"

Following this link SBI Site got opened & I followed instruction to complete the KYC & entered 2 OTP in site, But suddenly I got a message of deduction of Rs. 2.25 Lacs from my A/c.

Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.225000 from A/c X8582 to SBICARD FO. Ref IGAOTLIWN6 on 05Dec22. If not done, fwd this SMS to 9223008333 to block INB or call 1800111109-SBI

I then immediately called

1800111109-SBI & reported the fraud.

Now Pl. Help me out to get me my Lost money recovered Bk.
I'm a retired person has to take early retirement because of after effects of my accident while I was in service in Pvt: Sector.
