Here’s a delicious, healthy chicken recipe that’s easy to make, high in protein, low in fat, and full of flavor:



🌿 Healthy Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

🥗 Perfect for: Weight loss, clean eating, post-workout meal



🍗 Ingredients (Serves 2):
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or 1/2 lemon)
• 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish (optional)



🔪 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the Chicken:
Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
3. Grill or Cook:
• Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
• Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp 75°C or 165°F).
• Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
4. Serve:
• Slice and serve with a salad, brown rice, quinoa, or steamed vegetables.
• Garnish with fresh herbs and a lemon wedge if desired.

🥗 Avocado Chickpea Salad 🥑

Perfect for weight loss & clean eating!

✅ Ingredients:
• 1 ripe avocado (diced)
• 1 cup boiled chickpeas
• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
• 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves

🥄 Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix avocado, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss gently and top with fresh coriander.
4. Serve chilled!

🌿 Benefits: High in protein, rich in fiber, good fats from avocado, and keeps you full longer.
