"Hand-crafted practices are at the forefront of all that we do and our denim capsule is a perfect representation of that. Created by our artisans using traditional techniques, each piece has been worked through a folding, bounding and tie process before being submerged in natural indigo die to result in our tie-die finish. The farm is an oasis of inspiration. The sweet chirping of birds, lush green vegetation, blooming florals in crisp tones of pink. The Dianthus or 'Pink' carnations have been our favorite this season! Watch as the pattern reveals itself, inspired by the hues and tones of this vibrant ruffled floral...

We are working back to back to fulfill yet another amazing custom made textile order for . A collaboration that has taken time, effort and consistency to build over the past 5yrs. Truly grateful for this association and opportunity.

Seen here, our team, transferring the pattern on the fabric using a stencil with the help of organic cotton and coconut ash, a produce from the farm. The ash typically stays on the fabric for a couple of days which can be easily dusted off! Our little ways of keeping it close to nature.

Observing the 2D take on an interesting 3D texture. Each knot secured tightly at equidistant spacing using the Kumo-shibori technique, creating a unique texture that is pure art. Slow and steady makes this worth the wait!

Each 2mtr piece = 25 hours of dedication and love by our talent women artisans team!

I took sometime off to explore the textile treasures of Northwestern part of India. The stunning, breathtaking cities of Nathdwara, Udaipur and Jaipur.
There is no way you will not come back inspired.

The cities are bustling with activities, rich in artisanal craft, colourful eye candy textiles, historic monuments displaying stunning architecture marvels, beautiful fresco on the ceilings and columns in rich natural pigments!

What not to miss-

-A visit to Bagru if you enjoy and would like to explore the age old traditonal printing techniques- Dabu and Bagru printing.
- The Anokhi Museum
- Nila House (of course)
- Jaipur Modern
- Anantaya (beautiful curated store) at the Narian Niwas Palace Hotel (stunning)
- Jaipur Rugs ( to witness their latest artisanal collection of rugs designed and handmade by artisans)

I would highly recommend a visit to the Amer fort and city Palace if architecture is of interest and you have got your health check in place:)

Lastly, thank you to Deepak ji, who generously allowed me to experiment and give me insights on the finer details of Indigo.

Have you witnessed the breathtaking clarity of winter's night sky lately?

Take a moment to gaze at the star-studded expanse, like diamonds scattered across the velvet darkness. Some shine bright, some glow softly, some big and some small, some stand alone, while others form constellations, each one of them adding to the magic!

Our love for polkadots, pushed us to view the sari as a canvas that did not limit itself to a traditonal sari layout.
Breaking the definite to an experiment that lead us to explore different possibilities of how a single motif when played with scale and volume can create multiple layers of patterns..this one was just one of them which was dramatic, one of a kind yet not too loud. SOLD
