Everyone has a dream, and dream is something each and every individual on earth strive to achieve over time. Some of them achieve before their time, and others face difficulties to achieve because we're all human beings. This is a new level of my digital illustration series that's based on surrealism and would be titled under just one word:Dreamers. This guy has many dreams and his mind is blown away in order to concentrate and focus what needs to be done first and just like all we do and face over time.

Hey Guys! Everyone has a dream, and dream is something each and every individual on earth strive to achieve over time. Some of them achieve before their time, and others face difficulties to achie...

Guys, what’s your viewpoint when she mentioned and formed the personas in day 1 based on the article I shared above?

Okay, here is my view point that I wrote in the comment section..

Hi Monika! This is indeed an amazing process that especially works for the startups, and I love Google's design sprint too. However, I have a question that is how can you finalize on user profiles aka personas in day 1 right after your workshop & brainstorming session especially when you've mentioned "...the product manager engages the team for a few minutes to define the ideal user persona of the product/feature." How can a product manager decide the ideal user groups (personas) without even observing/inviting/interacting with them? And without that these personas would be considered as self assumptions than a validated ones. What's your view point?

When her team was given one week to design and test a new product, Monika Adarsh's and her team was shocked. Still, they followed the 5 phase design sprint pioneered by Google Ventures, and made it work, and now she shows us how.
