ts are Always dry-cleaned before you take them with you. Always. What if I do not fit into the dress? We will help you getting it altered while we recommend you to come and try the dress on before booking it. Alternatively, send us your measurements to ensure best fit. What if I need alterations? We take care of minor alterations when booked in advance
Q6. What happens if I stain or have a minor damage? We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. The minimum security deposit covers minor stains and damage, but significant damage will be chargeable as per the damage. Q7. I have more questions, who can I contact? [email protected]
Q8. What are my Shipping options? We are based out of Koramangala and operate from here; however we take courier orders and delivery on request at a nominal charge. Q9. What are my payment options? Cash/ Paytm/ Online transfer :). Q10. I want to travel with the clothes; can you work out a deal for me? Yes, we can work a deal for you if you are travelling. Q11. If you've changed your mind after making a booking (paying the security deposit), we charge 20% of the rental. However, if you decided to cancel only 48hrs before the booking then the cancellation charges will be up to 50% of the rental amount
