โ€” this is honestly shocking and completely unacceptable.

Yesterday, we received 4 RTO parcels. The Delhivery person who regularly handles our deliveries came with all the returns packed inside one huge bag, asked for the OTP confirmation, and left as usual. Since he was the regular person, we didnโ€™t suspect anything.

But when we opened one of the returned parcels worth โ‚น4497, we were literally stunned. The products inside had been completely swapped.

After checking the parcel carefully, we noticed the label section had clearly been tampered with and re-stuck somehow โ€” exactly as shown in the video.

How is something like this even happening? And more importantly, who is taking responsibility for this?

We immediately contacted customer support, but the only possible way to reach them was through chat. After explaining everything, we were asked for packing and opening videos. We are still waiting without any proper response.

We are a small business shipping 60+ orders every month. Is it realistically possible to continuously record every single packing video and every RTO opening just to protect ourselves from situations like this?

The worst part is not just the financial loss โ€” itโ€™s the complete loss of trust. Small businesses already struggle enough, and incidents like this are exhausting mentally, emotionally, and financially.

If anyone else has faced similar issues with RTO parcel tampering or product swapping, please share your experience. People need to be aware this is happening. ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ’”
