Return of Items will be accepted only if the item is defective.
2. However we will provide you with EXCHANGE facility for any other reason of return ( size issue.. Any defects should be reported within 2 days of receiving the package. We shall not be liable for any product defects after this time.
4. If you want to return the item, you need to courier the package to us within 48 hours and provid
e us the tracking details.
5. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We will NOT accept any returns for discounted products.
6. Your money will be refunded after we receive the item in the same condition as we sent it. Please note that all packages are extensively tested for quality before shipping. If the item returned is not in its original state, no amount shall be refunded. You can get the item back by paying for the incurred courier charges.
7. In case you want to return your package we will be deducting Rs 150/- or more depending on the weight for packaging and courier charges and refund the balance to you within 7-10 working days.
8. There will be an additional charge of Rs. 50/- for Cash on Delivery Service.
