Ka-pore by Moumita A third-generation artisanal brand making one-of-a-kind handcrafted sarees. We are a team of 400 women artisans from rural Bengal.

The liking towards Textiles started to develop in Moumita, the honorary founder secretary of 'Threads', in her childhood days from her mother as 'parampara'. Moumita continued her academics and cultivated her vocational interest side by side. Alongwith her college studies, she pursued the Senior Diploma course from Saroj Nailini D

utt Memorial Association, Calcutta in the year 1989 and secured the first rank. The lady Brabourne Diploma for the advancedment of needle work was completed by Moumita proficiently in 1993
