Normally for International shipping we take 12-20 business days to ship from the day we receive your final order and payment. But shipping time depends on many factors and we cannot guarantee the same. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Full payment should be made in advance.
2. No Change in the order ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED.
3. We will not accept any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is not matching as per customer's order.
4. No re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock.)
5. Shipping Charges can not be refunded. However, all refunds will be evaluated on case to case basis.
6. If returns are needed, return address will be our UAE address.
7. If you do not receive confirmation or invoice emails (mainly due to spam filters etc), please contact us on the given number. We suggest adding our email IDs in your address book.
8. Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless otherwise specified.
