The camp collar emerged in the early 20th century through resort wear and military leisure uniforms, later becoming a symbol of relaxed summer elegance across tropical climates and coastal cities. Defined by its open neckline and soft revere construction, the silhouette was designed for airflow, movement, and ease without losing structure.

For Tree of Life, we approached the camp collar as both garment and gesture, reworking the silhouette through experimentation across cottons, linens, satins, and blended fabrics. Each textile altered the drape and posture differently, becoming a study in softness, fluidity, and balance.
