Mahima: In August 2022, we introduced Mahima, a striking rainbow double korvai symbolizing the end of a challenging period and the beginning of a new and positive phase. It is a reminder that even in hardships, beauty and joy can be manifested. The colors of the kancha or beetel nut color (which symbolizes prosperity, respect, and positive energy) are used on the borders and palla.
The Mahima saree has been a remarkable success since its inception. We are immensely proud to accept orders for ten sarees, which will be our final batch from our looms. This is a tribute to the master weaver who crafted the first saree in September-August 2022.
For every saree sold, ₹1,000 will be donated to .fundraising, supporting girls in India to overcome menstrual discrimination with education and reusable sanitary napkins.
