PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT COLOR AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE MAY SLIGHTLY VARY DUE TO LIGHTING EFFECT DURING PHOTOSHOOT.
1. Customer selects the product from our whatsapp and page status
2. Customer shares the product screenshot, product code and other details like size, color etc. with us o
ver Facebook messenger or whatsapp (we prefer whatsapp contact for faster response)
3. We validate from our suppliers on that product availability (size, color, design etc.)
4. Once we get confirmation from our supplier , we inform our customer through facebook msg or whatsapp
5. For Booking confirmation, customer needs to pay first and share the transaction detail along with screenshot. We donot have COD (cash on delivery) option.
6. Once payment is received , we book order with our supplier and inform customer in delivery time and tracking #.
7. Customer, once they receive order need to record the parcel opening video 360degree. This is required to ensure that product has reached customer without any damage.
8. For replacement it is must that customer have recorded the parcel opening in 360degree and reported the same within 1-2 hrs of receiving the parcel to us.
