To every brother who protects, and every sister who loves without limits

How sustainable is your fabric? 🧵🌱

Check your clothing tags.

The difference between natural and synthetic materials isn't just quality, it's how long each piece stays on the planet after you throw it away:

Linen: 2 weeks
Viscose: 4–6 weeks
H**p: 3 months
Jute: 1–4 months
Pure silk: 1 to 5 years
Cotton: 5 months
Bamboo: 4–6 months
Wool: 6–12 months
Polyester & Nylon: 20–200+ years
Acrylic: 200+ years

Note: Chemical dyes, finishes, blended fibers, and polyester threads slow down decomposition even more. Decomposition varies according to the environment of the landfill

Choosing natural fibers keeps hundreds of years of waste out of landfills.

The Maharanis Who Defined Indian Fashion 👑
The Influencers of India

Before fashion became a global language, these royal women were already making history with their style.

From Maharani Gayatri Devi of Jaipur to Maharani Sita Devi of Baroda, Maharani Indira Devi of Cooch Behar, Maharani Vijaya Raje Scindia of Gwalior, and the unforgettable Anita Delgado of Kapurthala, their wardrobes reflected elegance, individuality, heritage and a changing India.

Their sarees, fabrics, jewels, silhouettes and unmistakable presence continue to inspire fashion decades later.

At Savayah, we believe true luxury is more than what you wear, it is the story, heritage and confidence you carry with it.

And this is Savayah's tagline
✨ Modern Luxury. Indian at Heart.

India didn’t just make colors.
It helped make the world more colorful.

Long before synthetic dyes, Indian artisans used plants, flowers, minerals, and natural ingredients to create vibrant colors that traveled far beyond the subcontinent.

From indigo blue to madder red and turmeric yellow, these colors became part of textiles, trade, fashion, and global history.

The world proudly wears fabrics made in India.

From luxury runways to global fashion houses, Indian craftsmanship is celebrated everywhere.

But here's the question...

Do we truly value the hands that create it?

Every handloom saree carries days, sometimes weeks, of patience, skill, and generations of tradition. It isn't just fabric, it's a story woven thread by thread.

Luxury isn't imported.
It's inherited.

This National Handloom Day, let's celebrate the artisans who keep India's heritage alive. 🇮🇳❤️

This National Handloom Day, we celebrate the hands, patience and artistry behind the textiles we proudly wear.

From the loom to your wardrobe, Indian handloom is more than fashion. It is a legacy.
