Bhawna Rao studied Fashion from National Institute of Fashion Technology Mumbai, and was honored the prestigious Degree from our ex –President A.P.J Abdul Kalam. Bhawna was also Finalist at Lakme Fashion House, a Reality show, which got her the opportunity to showcase her art to the industry icons Donatella Versace and Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla

Bhawna in her first assignment has assisted to Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, where she was introduced to the finest of elegance in Indian Handlooms and embroideries by the designers. Later in the year she debuted with Lakme Fashion Week, and received phenomenal response from media and buyers. After a long sabbatical, Bhawna re-started with the operations of her label again in October 2016. At present the collection is available at all best Multi designer stores across the country and also at our flagship store in Gurugram, Delhi. Bhawna Rao Creations emerge from her belief that art is a way of connecting with the universe. Affirmation of self love, poetic zeal, label BHAWNA RAO draws inspirations from by the wild and nature. The Label has also been an official Designer with Miss India and Miss Diva (Times Group) since 2016 for both National as well as all international pageants
