Change doesn’t start with perfection
It starts with awarenes
If you saw yourself in this… don’t try to fix everything at once.
Start small, with awareness:
M – Notice: “Which habit is affecting me the most?”
E – Be honest: how does it make me feel?
P – Pause… don’t judge yourself for it
S – Support yourself: take one small corrective action
E – Shift: choose a healthier response, even if it’s uncomfortable
I – Integrate: repeat this change slowly, daily
You don’t need to become perfect.
You just need to become aware.
