Today I realised that customers rarely ask for what they truly need.
They ask for products, features, or discounts because that’s the language available to them.
My job as a strategist is to listen beyond the words.
Looking back, my handloom venture wasn’t about selling handcrafted textiles. It was about helping people trust something they couldn’t yet experience.
The more I learn, the more I believe that strategy begins where assumptions end.
