Some of our beautiful moments from the first half of this year.

1. Our Kudmaayi Collection’s Lal Joda, customised in a beautiful teal blue. 🩵
2. Revisiting our client diaries, filled with custom-made pieces from Akayi by Anshika.
3. All the love our hand-embroidered pieces have been receiving has truly been so kind.
4. One of our most-loved pieces, our Dhaani & Jaamuni Kurta and Gharara Set in tissue fabric, made for Jaggo, Roka, Sangeet, and so many other celebrations.✨
5. We launched our mini Punjabi bridal collection for Aanand Karaj, Vatna, and Muklawa, thoughtfully made as heirloom pieces.
6. We did our very first collaboration.
7. Our first exhibition in April, in Ludhiana. It still feels like yesterday. 🫶🏻
8. And we became a community of 5,000 people on Instagram. We’re so grateful for all the love you’ve shown us over this past year. Truly, thank you. 🙏🏼

Historically, after the Aanand Karaj, the dulhan (bride) would return to her parental home for a short period before formally beginning married life. 🫶🏻

A celebration of quite new beginnings, the soft hum of excitement, new relationships. Our tradition reflects Punjab’s emphasis on warmth, love, respect and a simple transition into a married life. 🌸✨

The inspiration -
Peacocks, petals and Punjabi heirloom. We simply made the suit set keeping generations in our mind. 🦚🌸✨

We wanted to make it truly timeless.

The technique of bel, buta, and jaal. Delicately hand embroidered with antique gold cut Dana in a soft hum of green and hint of blossoming pink.

Finished with full hand embroidered gold zari and kasab jaali as a delightful detail.
