Dimasa ethnic invogue A Dimasa mekhela Chadar consists of "Rigu" (Lower garment worn from waist to ankle) & "set" which is a same piece of cloth that is drapped like saree.

Weaving is mostly done with the muga and pat silks which consists of different colors. It can be worn and used anywhere like weddings, birthday parties, meetings, festive occasions, workplaces, fashion shows, etc. Different types of designing patterns and linings are done by handwork whereas machines are used for weaving. Ornaments are made up of beads, threads, silver stones, gems, etc..which are

worn and used like the garment and along with it. Different age groups, communities of people can wear it.
