Get the same product custom knit. Buy any other item of the same (or more) order value. On approval of the replacement request, the shipping cost will not be levied on the replaced product. However, the customer will have to courier the defective product themself as we don’t have a pick-up service. Replacement will happen only once. The right to accept or reject the replacement request solely remains with only us. For assurance, a short quality check video will be shared with you before dispatch.
