The bill was ₹49,000…
but that night, we accidentally asked our client to pay ₹10,000 extra.

While sharing the balance amount before dispatch,
our team mistakenly mentioned ₹38,000 instead of ₹28,000.

She trusted us and made the payment. ✨

A few hours later that same night,
we received her call…

Very politely, she said,
“I think there’s a small mistake in the balance payment.”

The moment we checked the details again,
our hearts literally skipped a beat. 🤍

We immediately apologized and told her,
“Ma’am, we’ll refund the extra amount right away.”

But her reply genuinely surprised us…

Instead of asking for the refund,
she said,
“Then add one more suit for me.” ✨
