Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We would accept a return or exchange of product in unused condition only in below cases:
-- The item delivered was damaged
-- The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase
You have to inform us by emailing the images of product received within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review your email & once we confirm, you have to follow below
procedure for returning the product:
-- Pack the material in appropriate packaging
-- Mention our address on the parcel & ship it through a reliable courier.
-- Provide courier tracking slip within 3 days of receiving our confirmation email about the return procedure. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit. If item is lost or damaged in transit, it would result to non refund/exchange of the amount. Once your parcel is received, we will review the product & if approved then we will refund the amount within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You can also opt for exchange of the same product or any product equivalent to or less than the amount of product returned (subject to availability). Cancellations:
If an item is cancelled prior to shipment, refund of the same would be made in the mode similar to payment done. However, if the request for order cancellation is placed after it has been shipped, we reserve the right for the approval of the cancellation.
