Below are the Simple Steps to Place an order
1. Send a confirmation mail with Product Code or picture of the garment & Shipping Address to [email protected]
2. We will confirm the availability and will reply with our Bank Details
3. Once the Payment is done, please send the Payment Screen on our Mail ID
4. We will dispatch the product to the respective shipping address. Full payment should be made in advance
2. No Change in the order ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED
3. We will not accept any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order. We will send you a coupon of upto 100/- towards shipping charges in case you have to ship the product back to us (strictly in case of a manufacturing defect)
4. No re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)
5. Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless specified
