�After we confirm the availability, please try to transfer the amount as early as possible to avoid stock out & payment screenshot is compulsory*
�After payment, please ask us t
o acknowledge the receipt of amount
to avoid over look.
�Only confirm your order after you recive payment from your reseller/customer. Once booking is confirmed order will not be cancelled.
*Unpacking video without pause & cuts is a must for any complaints, If any damage, it should be clearly noticed in the video itself* Even for regular resellers it is must, please note. If any returns, we cannot arrange pick up for the parcel and we return one way charges only.
�Please do not open parcels with sharp objects.
�No return or No exchange on Quality basis as it depends on each person's perception.
�Slight colour variation may be possible in some collection due to photography & camera resolution , no exchange for little variations.
�Small thread pulls, small zari cuts,Small miss print in handloom sarees are common, so they are not treated as damages.
�Dispatches will be done on alternate days , if any urgent order please inform us in advance.
�There might be slight irregularities, unevenness in the weave and pattern in Some Handloom and Facncy work saree collection These imperfections are not defects, but a testimony of human involvement in the process and those are not considered as a damage please note.
