When tragedy strikes, every bit helps.

All of us are by now aware of the devastation caused by the floods across a large part of Maharashtra. Entire districts have been cut off with over 2 lac residents relocated, and people are struggling to rebuild their homes and fend for their families.

We are in the process of buying, packing and dispatching essential items to specific affected areas in Raigad and Konkan. These will be handed over only to genuine volunteers on-ground who we are constantly in touch with.

We are providing for the following items, basis feedback from the teams on the ground:
- First Aid and basic medical supplies including Crocin, Roko, Vitamin C tablets, Band-aids, Dettol, ORS Sachets
- Toiletries including soaps, shampoo sachets, detergent bars
- Milk Powder
- Mosquito coils and Odomos
- Sanitary Pads
- Disposable Cutlery
- Candlesticks
- Hosiery, Kidswear
- Hand and body towels
- Chaddars and Bedsheets
- Ponchos
- Warm Clothing

The items are currently being collected at my house as also at some other friends' houses across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. They will be sorted, packed and then dispatched to destinations via tempos arranged by our group (Covid Helpers India).
