Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms:
- Customers are required to make a payment of 60% of the total invoice amount in advance to initiate the production process.
- The remaining 40% of the invoice amount must be settled before the delivery of the goods.
- Payments can be made via cash/online.

2. Production and Delivery:
- Production of clothes will commence upon receipt of the 60% advance payment.
- Delivery dates will be communicated upon order confirmation and are subject to production schedules and availability of materials.
- Customers will be notified of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Cancellation:
- No cancellations are permitted once accepted.

4. Quality Assurance:
- Our garments undergo rigorous quality checks before delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt and report any quality issues within 3 days.
- Colour variation of up to 15% from the sample or between batches should be accepted as part of the manufacturing process.

*6. Rates and Pricing:*
- Rates are fixed and non-negotiable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs or other factors.

7. Drop Services:
- We do not provide drop services for garments. Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting garments for fittings or alterations.

8. Intellectual Property:
- Designs, patterns, and artwork created or provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer.
- We reserve the right to photograph and use images of completed garments for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Telangana. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled in the courts of Telangana.

10. Modifications:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
