“ Our story begins with from my Grand Father Late. Konkathi Venkat Swamy who used to travel all over India to sell Patent Gadwal Cotton Sarees late in 1960’s, Since then onwards we are pioneered in making finest quality Gadwal Cotton Sarees. The legacy is continued by his son Konkathi Venkateswarlu, Diploma in Traditional Designing and Dyeing, to next level by introducing SICO(Silk and Cotton mix) in Gadwal Sarees and started testing various fabrics like tussar, jute, and pure silks in Gadwal Sarees and marketed them all over PAN INDIA. After a long journey into this business since 1960’s as a manufacturer and wholesaler, we are now opened a retail outlet in Road NO# 3, BANJARAHILLS with a brand name ‘GOPURAM SILKS’
