Matching table linen is starting to feel too perfect.

For AW 2026/27, the stronger direction is the layered table: a tablecloth that sets the mood, placemats that frame the setting, napkins that add movement, and borders that hold everything together.

At PEXX, we produce block print collections from Jaipur for global buyers and leading Indian retail brands.

What matters in bulk production is not only the print, but the control behind it: colour consistency, repeatability, in-house stitching, finishing, packaging and export-ready coordination.

Our new Journal note explores why table linen is moving from matching sets to layered tables, and how this creates a more flexible buying story across tablecloths, placemats, runners and napkins.

Every kitchen has its quiet rituals—the kettle that whistles each morning, bread pulled warm from the oven, slow Sunday baking, recipes passed from one generation to the next.

Our kitchen collection is made to be part of those moments. Hand block printed by skilled artisans, each piece carries the gentle irregularities that only handcraft can create. Carefully quilted for comfort, finished with durable stitching for everyday use, and designed to grow softer with time, these are textiles meant to be lived with—not stored away.

From oven mitts and pot holders to aprons, tea towels, table runners, napkins, placemats, bread baskets, and more—every piece is thoughtfully crafted to bring warmth, heritage, and quiet beauty into the heart of your home.

Because the most meaningful kitchens aren’t perfectly styled—they’re lovingly used.

The palette that makes florals breathe. 🌸

Most block prints get this wrong — every tone from the same warm family. The motif disappears. The print goes flat. Here’s how AW 2026/27 Home actually works:

🟫 Wax Paper — the ground your eye rests on
🟤 Cocoa Powder — the anchor, deep as aged teak
🟠 Arabian Spice — stems, borders, the quiet mid-note
🔴 Red Mahogany — the fine detail that adds depth
🫒 Burnt Olive — every leaf, every vine, every root
🟣 Fresh Purple — one in every three flowers. This is the one that makes the rest readable.

Six colours. One logic. A Sanganeri floral that holds at arm’s length and rewards close inspection.

Bedcovers. Quilts. Cushions. Hand block printed in Rajasthan.

A celebration of craft, colour, and slow living.

This hand block printed table collection brings together delicate palm buta motifs, intricate heritage borders, and a richly detailed central jaal—creating a design that feels both timeless and contemporary.

The palette of softened terracotta, dusty rose, muted sage, and warm sandstone echoes the tones of the upcoming season: warm, grounding, and quietly luxurious. Designed to add depth without overwhelming a space, it layers beautifully into both modern and traditional interiors.

Handcrafted by artisans, printed block by block, and made using sustainable processes, this is a collection created for tables that host everyday meals, long conversations, and memorable gatherings.

Slow. Soulful. Handmade.

Not every hand block print is meant to tell the same old story.

Some patterns arrive from gardens of florals and winding paisleys. Others wander further. This one began in a different place — among the bold geometry, rhythm and quiet confidence of the Bauhaus movement, where circles, lines and forms were treated like a language of their own.

As printers, we have always been drawn to the conversations that happen across time. A centuries-old craft meeting a modern design movement. The warmth of a carved wooden block meeting the precision of geometric composition. The result is something that feels both familiar and unexpected.

Each shape has been printed by hand, carrying the subtle variations, depth and character that make block printing so alive. No digital perfection, no shortcuts — just the fine artistry of skilled hands translating a distinctly modern vision onto fabric.

Draped across a complete bed set, the print transforms a room in an instant. Graphic yet calming. Architectural yet inviting. A statement piece that doesn’t shout, but quietly changes the entire mood of the space. The exceptional print quality, layered detailing and handcrafted finish reveal themselves a little more every time you look.

We have never believed that traditional block printing should be restricted to traditional motifs. Craft survives by evolving, by exploring, by going where others hesitate to go. And sometimes, that’s where the most beautiful stories are found.

Would you bring this Bauhaus-inspired masterpiece into your home? ✨

Crafted by artisans who have spent lifetimes learning the rhythm of the block, the precision of the press, and the patience of the process — this dohar carries more than a pattern. It carries a way of life.

One that values slowness. That believes beauty and responsibility can coexist. That chooses natural cotton, mindful making, and craft that leaves the world a little better than it found it.

In a world that moves fast, this quilt asks you to stay still.

To find your quiet corner, let the golden light settle in, and simply breathe.

This is not just home decor. This is the art of living well — consciously, gracefully, and with deep intention.
