Do we all require Blue cut lens?
The answer is Big No, we all don't require Blue cut lens, we require Blue cut lens only when we are using digital screen more than 3 hrs a day, because the affect of high energy visible light upto 3 hrs daily will be recovered by our body auto machenism within 24 hrs, so in this case we don't require Blue cut lens.
Yes if we are working on digital screen continuously more than three hrs then we should use blue cut lens advised by doctor or qualified Optometrist.
Is all blue cut lenses are good?
